Our files work with all major CNC plasma cutters, laser cutters and waterjet machines. They are compatible with software like AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, LightBurn, RDWorks, LaserCAD and other standard CAM programs.

Yes — 100%. Every single file is run on an actual CNC or laser machine before it is listed on our website. If it does not cut clean, it does not go live. This is our core promise.

Yes. The files are fully editable in CorelDRAW, AutoCAD or any compatible software. You can resize, mirror, combine or modify them as needed for your project.

Our files are designed for mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, acrylic, wood and MDF. Most designs work across all these materials — just adjust your machine settings for material thickness.

We accept all payments via Razorpay — including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI. All payments are 256-bit SSL encrypted and completely secure.

Yes. We do not store any card or payment details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, which is a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway trusted by thousands of Indian businesses.

Currently payments are processed in INR via Razorpay. International customers (UAE, etc.) can pay using international credit/debit cards through Razorpay. For bulk orders or custom payment arrangements, contact us on WhatsApp.

Do not worry. Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Your purchase will be there with a download link. If you still face issues, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +971 557071057.

After successful payment, you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation page with a download button. Click it to download your file immediately. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Yes! Go to My Orders, find your purchase, and click "Refresh & Download". A new 24-hour link will be generated instantly. You can do this as many times as needed.

Yes, a free account is required. This ensures your purchase history is saved so you can re-download your files anytime from My Orders — even months later.

Unlimited times. Once you purchase a file, it is yours. You can refresh the download link from My Orders whenever you need the file again — there is no limit.

Since our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds after the file has been downloaded. However, if the file is corrupted, does not open, or does not match the preview, contact us within 24 hours and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our full Refund Policy.

Contact us on WhatsApp with a photo or video of the issue and your machine settings. Our team will help diagnose whether it is a file issue or a machine settings issue and resolve it for you.

Yes! We do take custom design orders. Send us a reference image or description via WhatsApp or email at sales@khandesigntech.com and we will provide a quote.

Yes. Once you purchase a file, you may use it for your own commercial fabrication projects. You may not resell, redistribute or share the design file itself. See our full Terms & Conditions.
