1. About KDT

KhanDesignTech is an online marketplace for digital CNC and laser-cut design files for metal fabrication and furniture manufacturing. We are based in Koderma, Jharkhand, India and serve customers across India, UAE, and the Gulf region.

Our platform allows registered users to purchase and instantly download production-verified design files for use in their fabrication work.

2. Account Registration

To purchase designs, you must create a free account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during signup
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are found to be fraudulent.

3. Purchases & Payments

All prices listed on KDT are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Payment must be completed before any design file is delivered
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay
• Your card or payment details are never stored on our servers
• In case of a failed payment where money is deducted, it will be refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days

4. Digital Downloads & License

Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link valid for 24 hours. Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive license to use the design file.

Permitted uses include:

• Using the file for your own CNC or laser cutting work
• Manufacturing products for personal or commercial sale using the file
• Modifying the file for your own fabrication needs

Not permitted:

• Reselling or sharing the original digital file
• Uploading the file to any other design marketplace
• Claiming ownership or authorship of the original design

5. Intellectual Property

All design files, preview images, graphics, and content on KDT are the intellectual property of KhanDesignTech or its respective creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

The KhanDesignTech name, logo, and brand identity are our exclusive property and may not be used for any commercial purpose without consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All design files are provided "as is". While we make every effort to ensure files are production-ready and machine-verified, KDT does not guarantee that every file will work perfectly on every machine configuration, material, or software version.

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or cost arising from the use of our design files, including but not limited to wasted material, machine damage, or failed cuts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using KDT, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with our systems
• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person
• Use automated tools to access or download content without permission
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of KDT after any changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of KDT shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand, India.
