Refund Policy

Clear and fair — know exactly what to expect before you buy

KhanDesignTech sells digital design files that are delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital products, our refund policy is specific. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. General Rule — No Refunds on Digital Files

Since our products are digital files that are delivered immediately after payment, all sales are generally final. We cannot "take back" a file that has already been downloaded, just like a software license.

We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong file, or no longer need the design. Please check the preview image carefully before buying.

2. When We DO Refund

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

Refund Eligible

  • File is corrupted and cannot be opened
  • File delivered is completely different from the preview shown
  • Payment deducted but download link never received
  • Duplicate payment charged for the same order
  • Technical error on our side prevented download

Not Eligible

  • You changed your mind after downloading
  • You bought the wrong category or file
  • File doesn't work on your specific software version
  • You already downloaded the file successfully
  • Request made after 48 hours of purchase

3. Time Limit for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase. Requests made after this window will not be considered, except in cases of duplicate payment.

Download links expire after 24 hours. If your link expired before you could download, contact us and we will reissue it — this does not require a refund request.

4. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to raise a refund request:

Include your details

Your registered email, order ID, design name, and a clear description of the issue

Attach proof if applicable

Screenshot of the error, corrupted file, or wrong delivery — this speeds up the process

We respond within 24–48 hours

Our team will review your request and reply with a resolution or ask for more details

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method:

Refunds are processed via Razorpay. KDT does not control the exact timing once the refund is initiated from our end.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment failed but money was still deducted from your account, this is a Razorpay / bank processing issue. The amount is typically auto-reversed within 5–7 business days.

If it is not reversed within 7 days, email us with your bank transaction reference number and we will help escalate it with Razorpay.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of KDT after changes means you accept the updated policy.
