KhanDesignTech was founded by Sahjad Khan — a metal fabricator and CNC designer based in the UAE and India — who was tired of downloading files that looked great on screen but failed on the machine. Wrong geometry, bad nodes, unclosed paths — every bad file costs time, material, and money.
So we built our own library. Every file is tested on an actual CNC or laser machine before it ever gets listed. If it does not cut clean, it does not go live. Simple.
The platform was designed and developed by Hafijul Khan — a full stack developer who built the entire website, backend, payment system and download infrastructure from scratch.
Today we serve 500+ workshops across India and the UAE, providing production-ready DXF, CDR and AI files for metal doors, gates, Islamic art, furniture frames and more.
